Admissions Process
Step 1: Register your interest on our admission form:
Please complete our booking form. Please note this does not guarantee you a place. We will however contact you and discuss if a place is likely given our current and future bookings. If you choose to join our waitlist you will be asked to pay a non-refundable €95 admin fee.
Note: We welcome children from the age of 12 months. We take into account the age of the children in the classroom when offering places.
Step 2: Possible Matching
Our biggest intake is in September every year. We usually have smaller intakes in January (first week) & June (last week).
Once we receive leaving notices from existing families (1 calendar month before the invoicing period), we contact parents on the waiting list.
Step 4: We formally offer you a place:
Once you have been matched with a place and you are next on the waiting list, we send you a formal “offer letter” by email.
Step 5: You accept the place:
Simply return the acceptance forms by email along with the non-refundable first month fee. Parents are required to commit for a whole term at a time.
Step 6: We confirm your place:
We will confirm your place by email, with the start date. Your place is now guaranteed.
Step 7: Your child starts at HighCare: Congratulations!!!
Siblings Admissions
Siblings always have priority however please note if the places have been given already we cannot cancel another child’s confirmed booking so please do let us know as soon as possible.
- All children must be 12months to begin and our intake dates are September and January.
- Places are limited due to Tusla registered room square footage and we can only offer new places as children grow and move to the next room or in the very rare event that a booking is cancelled.
- To secure your sibling booking please fill in the sibling booking form and pay 1 month’s fees. Please note if you do not take up your booking this is not refunded however if you do take up your booking this will be credited for your first month’s fees.
